Field Notes Expedition edition
Field Notes Expedition edition
The Field Notes Expedition edition speaks for it self, we have been using the Expedition editions to track everything form personal dives, to underwater notes for tech courses, shop and gas inventories, my personal ones lived night and day for years in a 3rd world, hot, humid, ocean filled climate and you would never know.
This edition represents the first time Feild Notes branched out to a new paper type and they fucking nailed it. The book is printed on Yupo Synthetic paper, water- and tear- proof paper extruded from polypropylene pellets in Chesapeake, Virginia.
Felid Notes put the book through months development and testing. Ultimately testing the paper in everything from water to fire and even acid resistance!
The Expedition edition comes in a 3 pack
3½" × 5½"/ 3 Staples/ Dot-Graph Paper.
We found due the Synthetic nonporous nature of the paper ballpoint pens, pencils and Sharpies worked the best. Even ball points will smear if they deliver allot of ink, we found Poppin signature pens and fine tipped Sharpies are a perfect match.
